NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Charlotte Muller

I'm a yoga teacher, studio owner, and yoga teacher trainer with a sweet spot for creative sequencing. My teaching experience began in 2012, after turning to exercise, yoga, and overall wellness to navigate my genetic condition, Familial Hypercholesterolemia, while grieving the loss of my mom.

This practice has shaped the way I live my life, and helping other teachers create classes from the heart brings me so much purpose.

My Story

After the unexpected loss of my mom and the diagnosis of Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH) at age 17, I transformed my life to align with everything wellness.

"Breathe Strength" was born from my united love for yoga and fitness. It started out as a blog, then became my brand, and now stands tall as a yoga studio, both in person and online, that offers creative yoga classes from the heart.

I've always been a wellness multipotentialite -- my certifications include RYT-500, YACEP, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Blissflow Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, AHA Heartsaver CPR Instructor, FH Advocate. I've been a college professor, spoke on panels, led corporate events, taught bachelorette parties, launched 2 podcasts, and ultimately found my calling: yoga teacher training + creative sequencing. 

It's a true joy and honor to guide other yoga teachers, whether through their first 200-hr training or as they hone their sequencing skills.

Why I Do It

My deep why is heart health.

The practice of yoga has helped my grieving heart and physical heart. I am an FH Warrior; heart attacks run in my family despite how healthy + active we are, so I use this practice to keep my heart beating with strength in addition to medical intervention. 

Sequencing is a way for me to pull inspiration and emotion from my heart and create experiences for my students (and myself) to feel, process, and explore.
